Where we ship

All fifty United States, plus Canada. We do not currently ship elsewhere; if you want a piece sent overseas, write to us and we will quote a freight forwarder.

Rates

• Ground — $12.50, or complimentary on orders over $150. Two to six business days depending on distance from Vermont.
• Expedited — $18.00 above ground. Two business days.
• Overnight — $42.00 above ground. Next business day if ordered before 1 p.m. Eastern.
• Canada — quoted at checkout. Duties and tax are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Processing

We pack Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern usually leave the same day. Monogrammed pieces add three to five business days. During the two weeks after Thanksgiving, add one day.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed. Carrier scans can lag by a day; if nothing has moved after three business days, write to us and we will chase it.

Lost and damaged

If a parcel is confirmed lost, or arrives damaged, we replace or refund it. Keep the packaging and send us a photograph within seven days of delivery.

Address changes

We can change an address until the label prints. After that, contact the carrier with your tracking number.
