Camels Hump Pillow Covers feature rich semi-solid colors inspired by the nature surrounding Maines landmark Mount Camels Hump: fall foliage, bright spring flora, pristine waters, and steadfast granite. Made with the same handwoven, naturally dyed fabric as our Camels Hump Collection throws, these pillow covers are a beautiful accent to the well-appointed home. The handwoven wool cover has an envelope closure at the back.
We hand-dye our extra soft merino wool yarn with all-natural dyes to create these richly variegated colors. Woven on a grey or blue base, the saturated colors are complex and beautiful like colors found in nature.
Woven, washed and finished at our mill on the Lamoille River in Wolcott, Vermont, where the same water that turned the first wheel in 1871 still runs past the dye house.
Machine wash cold on the wool cycle, dry flat
Wool does not need washing nearly as often as people think. Air it outside on a
dry day and most of what you would wash out simply leaves on its own. When it does
need water, use a wool-safe soap, never hot, and never a machine dryer unless the
label above says otherwise.
Pills in the first season are normal on a napped face. Shave them off with a
sweater comb and the cloth settles for good.

We pick, pack and ship from the mill Monday through Friday. Orders placed before
2 p.m. Eastern generally leave the same day. Ground service runs 2–6 business
days depending on your state; expedited options are offered at checkout.
If a piece is not right, send it back within 60 days in its original condition
