Machine wash warm, tumble dry low
Wool does not need washing nearly as often as people think. Air it outside on a dry day and most of what you would wash out simply leaves on its own. When it does need water, use a wool-safe soap, never hot, and never a machine dryer unless the label above says otherwise.
Pills in the first season are normal on a napped face. Shave them off with a sweater comb and the cloth settles for good.
We pick, pack and ship from the mill Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern generally leave the same day. Ground service runs 2–6 business days depending on your state; expedited options are offered at checkout.
